Lessons Learned

The most interesting part of the project in my opinion is just how big it is. GMOs and pesticides aren't just something being introduced in Kauai, but being debated all over the world.

I would say our biggest roadblock was probably not having enough interviews, but we handled that well.

Finally, I would say the most valuable part of the filmmaking process is obtaining interviews with good information, audio, lighting, composition, and positioning.

The Experiment

On this assignment we were supposed to make something using Photoshop. The reason we did this assignment was to allow us students an OPPURTERNERTER to use Photoshop and experiment.
I thought the assignment was pretty great because we didn't have to be micromanaged because it was a plan with our own devising, but I thought it was reallyupsetting because I have no experience with Photoshop and I didn't really do anything because I spent my time trying to figure out what button does what, and (yes) fooling around a little (at least I'm honest, right?).
